Still on the subject of the management of safety at work (SGSL), I point out a recent article published in the magazine of Il Sole 24 Ore, "Construction and Land" on what may be the models which the exemption from liability under Legislative Decree 231/2001 on occupational accidents. The article starts from the general reflection on national legislation (TUS) and declines for some parts of the building and construction industry.
