Employer work, delegation and SGSL

Let me point out a blog post "salutesicurezzalavoro.over-blog.it" on effects of the delegation of functions provided by the amendments to the MLR for the employer and the manager. I will not, of course, assessments of the post (the knotty problem of the so-called "Save the manager"), but would highlight the connection between the author's process of delegation and adoption of SGSL. I think this aspect, not yet fully explored, go further with more care, at least in the debate on that right now takes place in the network. (DV).
