POS-SGSL: Simplified procedure for the building of the Ministry of Labor Safety Newsletter

One of the most interesting themes that have developed around the issue of security is undoubtedly that of safety management systems in the workplace (SGSL), better known as processes for the "certification" of security. Outside of the interest on technical models proposed in Article 30 of the MLR (OHSAS 18000:2007 and UNI-INAIL), you can not record an undoubted difficulties in using these models of work processes within the building . Not only because of the complexity di un luogo di lavoro che cambia continuamente (il cantiere) ed in cui vi operano una molteplicità di soggetti (sub-appalto). Ma anche per l'effettiva "burocraticità" di un processo ideato per imprese medio-grandi, dotate di propri apparati per gestire le dinamiche della "certificazione" della qualità. Situazione ben diversa da quella dell'edilizia ove operano prevalentemente piccole e piccolissime imprese, composte da non più di 2 o 3 lavoratori (compreso il datore di lavoro). E' evidente il rischio di leggere gli SGSL come un appesantimento cartaceo ed un carico economico non sopportabile. Sottopongo alla vostra attenzione una possibile soluzione al problema denominata POS-SGSL. Ossia come sia possibile semplificare tutte le procedure semplicemente by a conjunction between the provisions of the legislation and procedures British OHSAS.
